BOURBON STREET BBQ RIBZ
Jackfruit’n’Seitan Ribz in a Bourbon BBQ Sauce.
FRENCH QUARTER DIP SANDWICH
Layers of marinated ‘beef’ Seitan and caramelised Onion in a fresh Sourdough sandwich served with a cup of luxe broth ‘dip’.
Southern Fried Seitan
– Served in a soft hoagie-style long roll with lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickled gherkin and mayo.
